Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Mirrortek purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us at hello@mirrortek.co.uk with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty All Mirrortek products come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
